At studioGossett Art, we take great care to ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely and safe manner.
Our shipping methods vary depending on the size and weight of the artwork you purchase, but we always strive to provide you with the best service possible.
All prints and paintings are shipped directly from London, UK.
We offer free delivery only to locations in the UK.
Due to Brexit, we are currently unable to deliver overseas. Please contact us directly for any requests regarding delivery.
We process orders for within 4-5 business days (excluding weekdays and holidays). Special print orders can take up to 14 days to process, depending on stock.
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us directly.
If you need assistance with an order, or have any queries, please contact us directly. We cannot make changes to your order once it is shipped.
Please review and ensure that you have supplied the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your artwork from studioGossett Art, but we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is in its original condition and packaging.
We do not provide shipping for returns, all return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Please note that the artwork must be in its original condition and packaging. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us right away and we'll do our best to make things right. We do not offer exchanges at this time, but you may return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. If you have any questions about our return policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.
